I am a trained medical doctor, a daughter, a wife, a mother, a friend, and a humanitarian. I also have multiple sclerosis and have been able to utilize nutrition to delay and moderate the effects of this devastating disease. As a nutritional consultant, I want to give people an understanding of how a well-thought out nutritional strategy can help them to deal with most diseases and improve your quality of life.

The purpose of this website is to provide information and nutritional advice on:
